I have two younger children and want to bring them with me. Can they stay in the room with us?

Generally children can stay for free as long as they are under the age of 18 and use the existing bedding in the room. However, it will depend on the property and their rules.

We do work with some properties close to the beach. Just remember that everything is based on space availability. We will always try to accommodate your request.

We use many different airlines with regularly scheduled service to San Diego.

Can I request a certain airline?

Our preferred airline and hotel partners make these exciting travel discounts available to Assured Travel clients. If your preference is among them, we will be happy to book it for you. Just remember that the Bonus Travel offer has a maximum retail value of $400.00 per person. This means that if your ticket costs more than that you will be responsible for the difference.

Can I collect Frequent Flyer Miles if I am traveling on an airline I normally use?

In some cases yes, however, that will be determined at the time you make your reservation.

Can you help with a rental car while we are in San Diego?

Yes! One of our knowledgeable agents would be more than happy to assist you with a rental. Why not ask them to arrange a convertible and a few nights in Los Angeles. We have very affordable rates for cars and extra hotel nights.

I want to pay for this trip as a gift and I want it to be surprise. How do I do this?

Just fill out your Bonus Travel offer with the traveler's names and your address and phone number. This way the agent assigned to you will contact you instead of the passengers. It is always a good idea to send a note along with your Bonus Travel offer explaining what you intend to do.

One of the great things about San Diego is that there really is no bad time of year. San Diego is blessed with great weather year-round. That's why it is often referred to as "the best city to live."

I have family in San Diego and want to extend my stay and spend a few days with them. Can I do this without having to purchase extra nights from you?

Yes. Just let your agent know the date you wish to return home and we will schedule your return flight for that date. If there is no increase in the cost of your airline ticket to accommodate the request the savings will be passed on to you.

I saw a special on the Internet for "XYZ" hotel and the rate was really good. Can I stay at the "XYZ" hotel?

In order to receive the free airfare you are required to stay at one of our participating properties. This offer can not be combined with other discounts or promotions.

If I rent a car while I am staying in San Diego can I take it into Mexico for the day?

Many car rental companies restrict travel to Mexico. It is a good idea to discuss your intentions to travel there by car to your agent to ensure a rental company without restriction is selected for you.

You mention the San Diego Zoo and Sea World on the Bonus Travel offer. What else is there to do in San Diego?

The nicest thing about San Diego is that you are a short drive to a wide variety of different attractions. Along with local attractions like the Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Sea World; there is Legoland Disneyland, California Adventure, and Knotts Berry Farm. You can go deep-sea fishing or just lie on the beach. What ever you do, you will be doing it in one of the most beautiful cities in America.

How soon after we register will our travel plans be confirmed?

Receipt of your request will be acknowledged within 14 days and you will be confirmed as soon as possible.

How soon after I am confirmed do I have to pay for my trip?

Payment is usually due within 24 hours of confirmation of your reservation. Your agent will go over all the details once you are confirmed.

San Diego, as well as the entire state of California, is in the Pacific Time Zone. The state observes daylight savings time during the summer months.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer payment plans. Our inventory is capacity controlled. In order for us to maintain the discount offers, we must pay for the seats when they are confirmed.

Regrettably, once confirmed we are unable to change the tickets or refund your money. Please plan ahead before finalizing your purchase.

I sent my reservation request last month and I've already received my confirmation letter. When do I send my money?

The letter you received was an acknowledgment letter to let you know we received your request. You will not receive a confirmation letter until your travel agent finalizes your reservation and you have paid in full.

What is CSA Travel Protection Insurance?

This provides you with coverage in the event you are unable to travel due to a covered emergency. It is available at additional cost. Just let your agent know if you would like additional information or go to www.csatravelprotection.com.

How soon after I am confirmed do I have to pay for my vacation?

Because of the great demand for these free airline tickets to San Diego, payment is usually due within 24 hours of your confirmation. Your agent will advise you once you are confirmed. This special rate is only guaranteed once paid in full.

Absolutely! As long as they meet the requirements described in the Details of Participation. You can go on-line and assign the Bonus Travel offer to either a friend or a family member. We do ask that you provide them with a copy of the Travel offer and Details of Participation to ensure they understand their trip and how to use it.

We must travel the people that have complied with the registration deadlines first, but we will always try to fulfill your travel requests. Just remember that everything is based on space availability, so it is a good idea to register early. Remember! Registering your Holiday Passports Silver card does not obligate you to travel.

Can I fly out of my local airport?

This Bonus Travel offer was designed for departures from major gateways. The retail value of the Bonus Travel offer is $400.00 per person. If you fly from a smaller airport the fare would probably exceed this maximum. If you choose to depart from other than a major gateway, you will be responsible for the increase in the airfare.
