is the cost of the rooms in Honolulu Hawaii?
The rooms start at approximately $165.00 per
night plus tax, double occupancy. (That is only
in Honolulu. The outer islands have fewer rooms,
so their rates tend to run a little higher.)
Reservations are based on availability. This
is why we suggest you register as far in advance
as possible.

Do
I have to fly into Honolulu?
Yes. Your Bonus Travel offer is good for travel
to Honolulu. However should you choose to visit
other islands, connecting flights to your other
destinations can be arranged at an additional
cost. *Currently these fares average approximately
$95.00 per person, each way. We can make those
arrangements for you when you book your vacation.
Just let your agent know you want to book flights
to the other islands.
*At times we may be able to book you without
a connection in Honolulu to one of the other
islands, however, this is done as a convenience
and you are still required to pay for the Inter
Island Segment.

What
airline will I be flying on?
The specific air carrier will vary depending
on the departure city and flight availability
for the dates you want to travel. Assured Travel
will select the flights that best
suit your needs from our preferred airline partners.
However if you have a preference let your agent
know. We may be able to accommodate special
requests for a nominal fee.

Is
my bonus travel card transferable?
Yes. This exciting vacation offer is fully transferable
prior to an agent working on it. If you do gift
this offer, be sure to provide the Terms &
Conditions with the voucher. Once an agent has
worked on a vacation package for you there will
be a charge of $100.00 to transfer to another

Where
can I fly from (what are these "major gateway
cities")?
The free airline tickets are for round-trip
transportation from major gateway cities. These
cities were selected to best meet the needs
of most of our customers, though we may change
or add to this list as demand dictates. Below
is a list of the major gateway cities included
in this offer. PLEASE NOTE: Many customers who
wish to depart from a city not included on this
list may be accommodated with connecting flights
for an additional cost. We can usually provide
air travel from almost any commercial airport
to one of the major gateway cities, usually
at a discount. Depending on what part of the
country you are traveling from, you are required
to purchase a certain amount of nights. The
list below will highlights those minimum purchase
requirements.

If
I pick a date, am I guaranteed that exact date?
No. We cannot guarantee travel dates. Everything
is based on space availability. That is why
we ask for at least two date choices that are
at least 10 days apart. We will always try to
accommodate your first date choice, due to peak
travel seasons or high demand we may be sold-out
and will request you to summit new dates.

What
is the age for lap children?
The age for a lap child is less than 23 months.
(A "lap" child is not required to
purchase an airline ticket if he/she does not
occupy a seat.) Any child 24 months and over
is no longer considered a lap child and will
be required to purchase an airline ticket.

How
and when do I pay for my vacation?
We accept three methods of payment for vacations:
Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Checks. You
must pay in full at the time your booking is
confirmed. The agent can only hold the reservation
for 24 hours.

Do
you offer any travel insurance?
Yes. We are happy to provide you with travel
information from CSA Travel Protection. Purchase
of this product provides you with coverage in
the event you are unable to travel due to a
covered emergency. It is available for an additional
cost. Just let your agent know if you would
like additional information or visit their website
at www.csatravelprotection.com.

What
is the maximum retail value?
Depending on where you are traveling from and
the number of nights you are required to purchase,
your airline card has a total retail value,
7 nights $500.00, 9 nights $700.00, 10 nights
$800.00, and 14 nights $900.00. If the actual
airfare exceeds the maximum retail value, you
will be required to pay the difference. You
are also responsible for airline ticket tax,
airport tax, and fuel surcharges that may apply.

Are
there any "blackout periods" or restrictions
on when the redemptions may be used?
As you know, all travel must be completed by
December 15, 2015 and all reservations must
be made at least 60 days in advance. Major holidays
often sell out early, and may be subject to
higher rates. We recommend you register your
Passport Check as early as possible, especially
if you plan to travel near any major holiday
or event. Just remember that everything is based
on space availability at the time of booking.

Why
can't I book my trip now?
We book travel in chronological date order.
This way we ensure we are able to travel the
maximum number of people with these terrific
vacation offers.

Can
I stay at a resort that is not on your list?
Occasionally. We do a lot of business with a
number of different hotels and resorts and these
change periodically. If you have a specific
resort in mind it wouldn't hurt to ask your
agent if it is available. However, the best
rates will be from our preferred list of hotels
and resorts.

What
if I want to take extra people?
If you are planning on traveling with extra
people, we will be able to help. We are a full
service travel agency and would be happy to
book travel for the extra people in your group
at the lowest available fare. Discuss this with
your agent when you make your reservation.

Are
my vouchers refundable?
The vouchers are non-refundable, but fully transferable
prior to an agent working on them, should you
wish to use them as a gift. Once an agent has
worked up a package for you, and you decide
that you no longer want to travel, there is
a cost of $100.00 to transfer them. The Bonus
Travel Card is not redeemable for cash, or any
other consideration.

What
is the best time of the week to travel?
Our rates are usually best if you are able to
arrive on Saturday or Sunday though we will
accommodate your travel on almost any date. Flexibility
with your dates is beneficial if you are on
a tight budget. Let your agent know. We will
be happy to help you plan a comfortable and
affordable vacation.
